Turkey BLT Wrap

Ingredients: 

Serves 1 

  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • Whole Wheat Wrap
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce 
  • 1/2 diced tomato 
  • tsp greek yogurt 
  • hot sauce (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and give it a spray of cooking spray(PAM).
  3. Lay the bacon out on the sheet making sure not to overlap.
  4. Put into oven for 12 minutes and then start watching until it gets as crisp as you like. I usually cook the full packet at once so I have bacon for the rest of the week. 
  5. Place wrap in the microwave for 15 seconds
  6. Add your greek yogurt and hot sauce to the base of your wrap
  7. Add your lettuce, tomatoes, turkey bacon
