Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- Whole Wheat Wrap
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1/2 diced tomato
- tsp greek yogurt
- hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and give it a spray of cooking spray(PAM).
- Lay the bacon out on the sheet making sure not to overlap.
- Put into oven for 12 minutes and then start watching until it gets as crisp as you like. I usually cook the full packet at once so I have bacon for the rest of the week.
- Place wrap in the microwave for 15 seconds
- Add your greek yogurt and hot sauce to the base of your wrap
- Add your lettuce, tomatoes, turkey bacon
