Ingredients:
Makes 10 balls
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology
- 4 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
Optional: Sprinkle with PB2
- Free free to add walnuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, shaved almonds, flax seed
- Tip you can make this according to your meal plan. Play around with the ingredients till you find the perfect mixture for you.
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. I used a fork to make it nice and smooth to get out any clumps.
- Roll out 10 balls or used a cookie scoop to make the perfect ball.
- Sprinkle with PB2
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes and ENJOY!
If left in the freezer overnight, take out of the freezer for 10 minutes before eating.
