The 80 Day Obsession program is an effective, step by step approach to building a shaped, curvy booty while simultaneously shrinking your core and getting your full body toned. Its 80 days of intense focus on fitness and timed nutrition for 13 weeks.
Workout Length: 45-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week for 80 days

You will need:
- small, medium, and large dumbbells
- 3 resistance loops
- Sliders
- Access to the workouts (I can bundle this all up for you, just fill out link below)
