It’s crazy to think that15 years ago I started doing at home workouts. They’ve been with me through college, living at the beach in the summertime (who remembers slim and 6), working full time, being postpartum (2 c-sections), competing in a bikini competition to now being a SAHM to three kids.
Every stage of life I always knew exactly where to turn and I turned that into my passion for helping others exist at the stage of life they are in. It’s crazy to think this was where I’ve was being led the whole time. I just had to open my eyes to see it. (this might be you)
I found that thing that wasn’t complicated and always fits into my crazy busy schedule and in my eyes, it is the full package. Fitness + nutrition + support = success! I like to call it the Amazon Prime of the fitness industry! 😜
I have to say the coolest part is watching the people you inspire in the process. Toby wouldn’t have thought twice about jumping beside me back in the day. Now he’s the one dragging me out of bed.
So many coaches come into this business worried about being judged. I stopped that fear and I started worrying those lives not being changed, the ones that need it so badly, or the coach that wants to be a stay at home mom and work a business that she believes in.
Today I can't help but to feel a little nostalgic as my husband had a bright ass light in my face to wake me to workout and was creating his own videos. 🤣 It just makes my heart so happy to know what consistency and self-belief can actually do!
