Breaking old habits are hard! For me it is hitting the snooze button 😴! I love my sleep and could just lay in bed go back to sleep and hit the snooze button several times, which normally makes me wake up grumpy. Not hitting the snooze makes me happier...not in the moment (duh🤪) but if you wake up and JUST take action it will turn your day completely around!
The first time you open your eyes in the morning jump up! Say I’m ready! I’m ready! I’m ready! and conquer your day like a freaking bull!! Because I promise you hitting that snooze button does nothing for ya!
