Green Pepper Pizza

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (low sodium/ sugar-free) 
  • Fresh Basil & Oregano

Directions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  2. Slice bell pepper into 2 equal slices, carefully removing the seeds.
  3. Top each pepper with tomato sauce 
  4. Divide 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese between peppers  
  5. Season the slices to taste with basil and oregano 
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes
