Ingredients:
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (low sodium/ sugar-free)
- Fresh Basil & Oregano
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Slice bell pepper into 2 equal slices, carefully removing the seeds.
- Top each pepper with tomato sauce
- Divide 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese between peppers
- Season the slices to taste with basil and oregano
- Cook for 10-15 minutes
